  1. Hi,

I just wanted to introduce myself and ask you to take a look at my new website, http://www.TestingMom.com, and see if it might be something you’d like to introduce to your readers. The site is a resource for parents that live in cities where sending their child to the local public school isn’t an option. At TestingMom.com, we literally hold parents’ hands as they go through the admissions process with their child, providing them with top education experts to answer their questions, daily test prep questions, home assessments and much more.

I started the site with Michael McCurdy, a daddy blogger who founded the Gifted & Talented NYC blog when he discovered there was no place to get adequate information and help when his daughter wen through the admissions process for gifted programs in NYC last year. Interestingly, this is not just an NYC phenomenon. We have parents enrolled with us from all over the country. Our prep materials are specially designed to improve children’s test performance, but they also serve as a helpful tool for engaging your little one and getting them to think critically.

If you’d like for us to conduct a free tele-seminar for your readers we’d be more than happy to or if you ever need a guest blogger, I’d love to do that as well.

Or, if you happen to be looking for a school this year and would like to try our website out as our guest and then write about your experience, I’d love to talk with you about that as well. Feel free to email me at Karen@TestingMom.com and follow our tweets at @TestingMom.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best,
    Karen Quinn
